old vag.com owner with new vag car....(cable question within)
I have one of the first USB cables ross-tech offered. I think I stopped at Uwe's house back in June 2004 and traded in an old serial cable for this USB cable.
Anyway, I've recently acquired a 2005.5 (B7) A4. Will my cable work? If not, which cable will I need, and what kind of trade-in does ross-tech offer (if any).
I also have a registered version of their software on my old laptop if that makes any difference.
