Default Power Loss / High Pitch Whistling Noise

My car suddenly had a loss of power and has a very high pitch whistling noise as if something is escaping a high pressure chamber.

I was just able to buy a Ross-Tech cable, here is what it gave me:

4 Faults Found:
16487 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70)
P0103 - 35-10 - Signal too High - Intermittent
18010 - Power Supply Terminal 30
P1602 - 35-10 - Voltage too Low - Intermittent
17705 - Pressure Drop between Turbo and Throttle Valve (check D.V.!)
P1297 - 35-00 -
16519 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1; Heating Circuit
P0135 - 35-00 - Malfunction
Readiness: 0110 1101

Anyone have any idea where i should go from here?

A complete Auto-Scan, and make/model/year of the vehicle would be helpful.

I'd start by resolving DTC 17705 as per the wiki.
That should help with the vacuum leak issue and possibly correct 16487.

18010 could be the cause of 16519, but without the freeze frame data from the complete scan it's just a guess.

I found one of my hose clamps coming off of the valve at the intake pipe (going to the DV) was completely snapped off. I replaced it, and that code is gone, however, I still have the issue. If I let the car idle, it dies. If i give it some gas it slowly builds rpms, then I hear the DV blow off air and RPMs drop. This cycles like that continually. Here is my last reading from it:

VCDS Version: Release 12.12.2 (x64)

16519 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1; Heating Circuit

16514 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1
P0130 - 35-00 - Malfunction in Circuit

I looked at the oxygen sensor that seems to be the culprit and I noticed some little bits of smoke coming from the unit, so I think the assumption that the heating part of the sensor is BAD. Now would this sensor being bad cause my car to have the problems it currently has? (with the rpm going up and the DV blowing off)

Yes, I would replace the oxygen sensor in question.
Then do a TBA and see what the results are.

If that does not resolve the issue, check N249.

I found that the wire harness to my O2 sensor was pretty messed up, so i pulled it out for examination ... two of the wires were sheared completely off. The protective wrap was shredded. I did some wire maintenance to the lines, and it's repaired. All of my previous engine codes are gone however the problem remains. But I believe the issue is with something else that I found. It looks aftermarket, and When i have the engine on I can see exhaust coming out of it. Here's a picture.

If you look at the red filter, it looks like it shouldn't be there. When i look at the intake pipe I also see a hole that has been filled and blocked off. Could this be causing the issues I have described?

Look at the red air filter.

Yeah, that looks like a cobjob all right...
Reminds me of the VW EGR delete for some reason.

Not super familiar with this model though.
Do you have a Bentley or erWin manual ?

If not, perhaps look at a parts diagram from, say, AudiUSAparts or elsewhere to see what it should look like.
