Is there a VCDS for Sport Mode on startup?

I use sport mode pretty much all the time. Just wondering if there's a coding process for getting the SQ5 to startup in sport mode when put it drive.

I cannot find it either but I suspect that it is not programmable due to the CAFE ratings.

I was just hoping there was a genius out there who had cracked this one. I know there's a way to do it with the Porsche (for $250 or something), so I thought maybe Audi had a VAG adjustment.
