Default is there a way to reset fuel trim measurements in block 032?

my fuel trim measurements are way off for 032 - partly because my MAF blew up. I replaced the MAF and then took my ECU out for 5 minutes or so, but the fuel trims persisted to stay in block 032 - does anyone know a way to clear these? Or reset them? Is there a way to reset the ECU without actually pulling the ECU out? Or do these lambda values not reset when pulling the ECU?

Thanks.

Default Clearing the fault codes should reset them..

Even if there are no fault codes to be cleared.

Default that worked great - where can I look for indicators of why I might be running rich

My fuel economy has been poor of late. On a side note, I need a boost gauge... but is there anywhere I can log or look to see why I would be running a little rich? I'm lucky to be getting 250mi. per tank right now, and I'm typically running 320-350. Thanks.
