Default Throwing a code, need some help..P1128

2001 A4 1.8T QMS
75,000 miles, very well maintained

17536 - Fuel Trim Bank 1 (Mult) System too lean
P1128-35-10 - Intermittent

Happened last week, I knew I needed to replace a split breather hose, oil jet suction pump, and check valve. Replaced all of them - cleared code. It stayed of for a few days, then came back
Vac is normal (I have a boost gauge)
Car is running normal otherwise

Can someone point me in the right direction?
thanks

Default Thanks

I did not know about the site you linked to - that will help.
I just cleaned my MAF
Will run some of the tests to get readings
