Default Uwe, I took some time to jot down some notes for you, RE: Lamborghini Gallardo.

They use the same system to identify modules, and communicate via baud rate around 9900. Aside from the format of the Lara system, it seems pretty similar, as it's also laptop based. Problem is though, it uses two systems: one for all of the control modules except engine management(LARA), and then it has LDAS for engine management.

LDAS is almost identical to 034 EFI standalone EMS systems.

Table in LARA for address numbers to appropriate modules:

00-airbag
01-GFA(see below)
02-E gear
03-ABS
08-Climate control
09-ILM(illumination)
11-LIE (1-5)
16-SMLS(traction/stability)
17-combi(instrument cluster)
21-LIE (6-10)
37-NAV
45-Interior alarm
46-ZKE(body module)
54-rear spoiler
56-radio
57-TV

GFA - as it was explained to me - is a module that links the two individual bank modules together, and allows them to work together more efficiently. Each bank of the engine runs on it's own ECU(LIE's 1-5 and 6-10), and there's a 3rd ECU(GFA)that controls them.

This may be why it's too complicated to access them via LARA, and they need Ldas with it's seperate CAN BUS link cable to read that data. Aside from that though, the rest of it does look severely similar to what VAG-COM already has set up. I'll be staying away from the airbag module though, for safety's sake! I also bet the Gallardo, late model Diablo, and the Murcielago will be pretty identical as well. Any thoughts?

Default Most of those addresses look to be the same as Audi's,

but there are lots of other questions which will be difficult to find answers to without us having access to a car for a bit.

Default from what I recall....

The Murcie has the GFA unit, but the Diablo 5.7 and 6.0's do not.

Cool findings though. Could be helpful in the future.
