Uwe, Question on OBD-II Functionality!
Well two actually... had a second quick look into Vag-Com's OBD II Funcationality and had a couple questions.
1. This one may have slipped past me, but is there anyway to save the "Freeze Frame Data" to a text file?
2. When using the READ DATA (to log) on a Porsches Boxster, there was certain OBD-II Parameters I wasn't able to choose. These were...
Fuel Pressure PID 10 (Hex 0A)
EVAP System Pressire PID 50 (Hex 32)
Are these parameters not available because the Boxster can't report them... or is it that they aren't available in VAG-COM?
Don't know if not having the engine running would affect the availability/non-availability of these codes...though the ignition was turned on.
Any info is appreciated.
Thanks.

Answers:
1) At the moment there's no way to save the freeze-frame data to text. For now, use Alt+PrintScreen to copy the screen to the clipboard as a bitmap, then paste into Paint or Word and save for posterity -- but it will be a picture, not text. We'll consider adding the ability to save as text in the future.
2) I'm sure I understand what you mean by "wasn't able to choose" those PIDs. Were they in the list of PIDs? VAG-COM queries the car for which PIDs it supports, then builds the selection list based on the results. Can you give me a more detailed description of the problem -- perhaps including some screen-shots made using the Alt+Printscreen method? I don't have a Boxter to test on..:-)
