New lambda sensor, but check the wiring / plugs for corrosion and clean, clear codes see if the come back first.

HVAC right hand side temperature control is getting stuck, or rather the pot is loosing focus of where it is, worn, old, dirty internals in the pot, replacement... again could be connectors but if heating / ventilation is ok clear the codes & don't worry about it.

Alarm was triggered by the ultrasonic inside the car, could have been you left it with the window down or a flying insect got in and buzzed around a bit. Again as long as you don't have the alarm going of all the time just clear the codes.

Cool ..

The right side control for the temp is stuck, seems the previous owner spilled a drink at some point and the +/- buttons do get stuck on extremly warm days. Cool to see that the car monitors that LOL.

The alarm I figured was nothing, good to know that was correct.

The lambda I figured were the O2 sensors going out, since it should both specifically. I cleared the codes and I am waiting to see if they come back at all.

Thank you for the input and response to my initial post.
