vag com options screen trouble

vag com options screen trouble
i jus bought a connector off ebay and downloaded vag com and set up my drivers. now at the options screen i cant get the interface to connect. my ports are good but nomader what i do i cant get it to connect to the car. any help plese?

Ask the seller/vendor of the hardware for support.
