Default vag-com & tranny fluid temperature

I am still having a problem identifying which block and sector on the vag-com actually identifies the fluid temp. I have looked at 005 section 1 and it seems to indicate rpms? However there is a temp reading in block 004 last section.

Please does anyone have this info handy from the service manual specifically for a 95 A6 Auto Quattro? I have an appt with my mechanic today to check the fluid level in the tranny....

Default Get yourself a Bentley CD. :-P

For your vehicle:

[Select]
[02 - Auto Trans]
[Meas. Blocks - 08]
Set group to "004"
[Go!]

The value in field 4 should be ATF temp in °C.<ul><li><a href="http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/bcd_order.html">http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/bcd_order.html</a</li></ul>
