VCDS / VagCom & MMI-3G+ Help...
I need some help from anyone and everyone on here who is familiar with coding and the current MMI-3G+.
I asked the dealer to code windows down with my key fob and they accidentally disabled the seat memory function in the MMI. They have since tried everything to restore the functionality of the module but no luck. They had the car for over a month and even replaced the MMI module and still did not resolve the problem.
If someone on here has a 3.0T Prestige S-Line+ w/ Adaptive Suspension & B&O sound I need you to post for me your factory coding/codes and see if plugging those in would restore all the features otherwise I would need someone with extensive VCDS/VagCom knowledge to help me figure this one out on my own.
I contacted RossTech however since it was not done on my PC with my cable there is very little they could do for me. The changes were not stored in the adaptations log.
below you will find an image if the issue at hand:

Resolution:
Technical Service Handbook (HST): 72 Seat memory does not work (2035357/1)
Technical Service Handbook (HST): 57 Remote key memory not active (2031413/2)
Refer to these two TSB which call for a software reload and should resolve the issue of a disabled MMI Memory Seat Control.
