Default A week ago I had one coil pack fail and it was replaced by the dealer. This week, my 2001 TT 225QR

went into "limp mode" when I was driving back in the highway. It was also smoking heavily from the exhaust. As soon as I got home I used my VAG-COM for the first time. The DTCs found were:
7 DTCs Found:
17608 - Turbocharger Bypass Valve (N249): Mechanical Malfunction
35-10 - - - Intermittent
16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
35-10 - - - Intermittent
16687 - Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
35-10 - - - Intermittent
16685 - Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
35-10 - - - Intermittent
17695 - Turbocharger Bypass Valve (N249): Open Circuit
35-10 - - - Intermittent
17511 - O2S Heating: B1 S1: Performance too Low
35-10 - - - Intermittent
16486 - MAF Sensor (G70): Signal too Low
35-10 - - - Intermittent

Does this mean: failure of the DV and what else?
Please help.

Default 16486 DTC means...

You should try logging block 002 and look at mass air flow g/s - if it's below 1.5, your MAF is probably toasted, and you'll need to pick up a new one. It also looks from the 17511 that you may be having issues with your o2 sensor behind the cat. You might need to replace it.

Your misfires... who knows. Another CP gone, perhaps bad plugs.

All of this happened at once? Jeez. Let us know what happens, hope this helps.

The Audi Dealer. No boost, oil leaking and burning in the turbo. I'll post pictures soon.

Default Mexico City. I just got the car back and I have the busted turbo.

Some of the turbine fins broke and the shaft was moving from side to side. I'll take some pictures and post them when I get back from vacations. Tomorrow I plan to do some heavy driving and check the new turbo. The service rep told me that he had exchanged 3 turbos in the past 2 weeks, all from chipped Audis.
