Will the new 805 Label files work with 405 software??
Will the redirect files which state works with 805 only can they be used in a 409 software?? How do I convert a 805 label file to work on a 409 software??

Probably not, that's like trying to put a 3.2 FSI from a '08 A6 into your '01.
Of course, genuine Ross-Tech interfaces work fine with 805:<ul><li><a href="http://www.ross-tech.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=VAGCOM" >http://www.ross-tech.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=VAGCOM</a</li></ul>

We strongly suggest NOT to try to copy/use them with old versions.
Some label files may even result in your old version crashing as it is not compatible to the way the newer files are written while other new files are even encrypted and none of us has ever tested how the old versions deal with that.
As Andy said, if you want a current version with latest label files and future updates you should just upgrade to a modern interface - as usual there is a discount/trade-in program available for existing customers.

I am looking for the lbl file for 4B0-820-043-AH the Auto HVAC
Cannot find it on your site..
My car is a 2001 A6 2.7T.
I found 4B0-820-043-MY1.lbl and 4B-08.lbl
But when I open the 4B0-820-043-MY1.lbl all I find is... some Coding stuff only.. no details around the measuring blocks... Also there is a mention of 4B0-820-043-MY2.lbl but I cannot find it.. I guess I do not need it..
If I open another equivalent label file like 4d0-820-043-q.lbl then I find tons of details on all kinds of things... Just curious if my HVAC supports all those things or not???
Do help..

Why would I ever want to do that... I love my 2.7T :) I have driven the uninspiring 3.2FSI..
BTW.. they worked.. at least for my car... Just replaced the Labels folder in the 409 folder with the labels folder from 805... and I started getting the labels information.. seems accurate..
