Your friends at Ross-Tech are working with it.

We expect that shortly after the release of Windows 10, we will have VCDS compatible. However, I cannot at this time state as to a date when we will be fully compatible...

We are not expecting any major "gotchas" based on what we have seen to date. We are expecting that the changes needed will be on a par with what was required to make VCDS compatible with Windows 8.
