Default Wondering if someone here can help with 08 RS4 Seatbelt Chime

Sparkhill is usually the one we all turn to on the RS4 board, but he doesn't have the answer to the coding problem I am having with my RS4. It has changed since I had my 07 RS4 and I can't figure it out. I am trying to turn my stupid seatbelt chime off. I always wear a seatbelt when I am driving, but I get real sick of hearing the thing go off while I am letting the car warm up. Here is what I am coming up with:
When I went into electronics to remove my seatbelt chime I had 23268, instead of 23261. I subtracted 2 and nothing happened. Then I tried to just code it to 23259 and it rejected the coding. I figure everyone getting an 08 is now going to be faced with the same problem I am. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Anyone get this resolved. I'm having the same issue with my 2007 B7 A4 2.0T. Info would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Default For the 2007 you should be able to just subtract 2 from your coding in instruments (17)

That's what I did to my wife's 07 A4 and my 07 RS4 when I had it. The 08's seem to have different coding, but Andy figured it out. See my post on the RS4 forum just in case you have the same coding I did.

Default I changed the second to last digit from a 6 to a 0. This is on an 07 RS4.

Worked perfectly.
