XPOST: Feast your eyes on some B7 2.0TTQ Fault Codes
My check engine light went on today (not blinking), just in time for my scheduled 15,000 mile service tomorrow AM. Here are the error codes I received after doing a quick check:

Anybody have any words of wisdom for when I talk to the Service Advisor? Please note that I already brought the car in once around 9,000 miles for a check engine light. That time, they said some wiring came lose and they fixed it. However, at that point in time, I didn't have a VAG-COM to see what the problem actually was. Do I have a lemon? I want to chip ASAP, but now I am getting scared to. Thanks for any help.

What do your fuel trims look like?
Group 032, fields 1 and 2.
I would not chip the car until I had whatever is causing those misfire codes dealt with.

Sorry, I don't understand....
...I am totally new to VAG-COM and I don't know what you mean by group 032, field 1 and 2. I would really appreciate it if you can be more descriptive. Thanks!!!!

Re: XPOST: Feast your eyes on some B7 2.0TTQ Fault Codes
I WOULD START BY INSPECTION YOUR BATTERY CONNECTIONS AND MAKING SURE THEY ARE GOOD. THEN DO A BATTERY TEST TO MAKE SURE IT IS GOOD. THEN REMOVE ALL 4 IGNITION COILS AND LOOK FOR WATER
MARKS ON THE SIDES. THERE ARE SOME COIL FAILURES IN THIS MODEL. THEN ERASE THE FAULTS AND TEST DRIVE AND THE ESP ISSUES SHOULD GO AWAY. IF NOT THEN LOOK AT THE STEERING MODULE. IF THIS CAR IS UNDER WARRANTY THEN BRING IT IN AND CALMLY EXPLAIN HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO GET IT FIXED. TALK TO THE SERVIE MANAGER OR GENERAL MANAGER TO GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED. DON'T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. DON'T BE TOO QUICK TO CALL IT A LEMON.PROBLEMS HAPPEN TO EVERYONE. THE CAR CAN STILL LOVE YOU AND BE YOUR FRIEND.
