Default 2001 4.2 with sport package (New England)

I have decided to sell my Ming Blue 2001 A6 Quattro 4.2. I bought it with 42k miles and have enjoyed every mile since (it now has 176k and is in excellent shape.)
Link to the specs: 2001 Audi A6
The KBB value is $4,625, NADA is $5,800 and Cars.com is $6,675.
Facts:
1. I have all maintenance records for all repairs.
2. It has the rare "Sport Package" which includes better front seats and the sport suspension (along with the body being lowered 20mm)2. I have changed the oil every 3-5k miles with Castrol synthetic oil and Mann filters
4. I had the transmission rebuilt 5k miles ago.
5. It has a new Miltek exhaust, radiator, both cats have been done recently (all very costly repairs)
6. It has 18" BBS CH012 rims (with slight curb rash)
7. It has new Continental Sport Contact 3 tires (5k on them)
8. The following lists the maintenance I've done recently.
4/8/2009 passenger side cat $ 2,177.00
4/9/2010 Driver side Cat 132,700 $ 1,500.00
4/9/2010 Miltek exhaust 132,700 $ 1,500.00
4/9/2010 radiator 132,700 $ 1,000.00
8/15/2010 front brakes $ 550.00
1/6/2011 p.s. pump, T belt 144,200 $ 2,659.00
2/27/2012 brakes (rear), wheel bearing, coolant reservoir, oil chg 160,850 $ 1,003.00
4/2/2013 valve cover/oil pan gasket 169,900 $ 340.00
4/2/2013 both axle shafts 169,900 $ 500.00
4/2/2013 transmission 169,900 $ 3,723.00
7/1/2013 water leak and ignition coil 171,000 $ 824.00

IT DOES need a driveshaft seal. It drives fine, but it is starting to make a noise when I accelerate. My mechanic says he wants to replace the entire driveshaft which will be around $2,000, so I have adjusted the price accordingly... If you know how to work on these cars, this would be a great deal for you because everything else has been done. It's got many more years of life in it!
Thanks for looking.

Price has been reduced to $3,000 because of the driveshaft issue.

If this wasn't clear across the country, I'd love to pick this up for an airport car!!!

ok, so now I'm starting to think I got a bad assessment at the mechanic. I went to my normal mechanic a few months ago who couldn't find anything wrong, but thought the exhaust was banging against something. But after I listed the car for sale I thought I should try someone else. I went to a new guy who is supposed to know about German cars, so I thought I trusted him. He gave me the $2,000 estimate, so I immediately lowered the price on the car. But today I realized that it is rarely even making the noise anymore. In fact, I haven't heard it for a few days. I'm starting to think the noise really is just the exhaust banging against something (which is what I always thought it was.) But, since I'm not sure what is going on, and I don't feel like trying a 3rd mechanic, I will leave the price at $3,000...
