Default 2001 Audi B5 A4 1.8t QTM

well folks, after much delay, the day has come. Time to say goodbye to my faithful B5.
Need a non manual more comfortable car for the wife to drag around.

Specs:
2001 Audi A4
1.8t Quattro w/manual 5spd
Silver exterior, black interior with aluminum trim
Ultrasport Package (OEM sport suspension, three spoke steering wheel etc)
around 148k miles on the odometer (I bought the car with 66k miles on it), elective de-sludge done through Audi around the 70K mark. Every possible replaceable part under that program was replaced. (car didn't really have a sludge issue)

Exterior condition:
Very good for a car this old. Paint is still very glossy.
No real damage to the exterior except in two areas.
1. Rear passenger side door/wheel arch - Slight denting and scuffing (rubbed a pole covered in snow one bad winter). Same spot has a a vertical key looking scratch (not sure where it came from, most likely office parking lot).
2. Front driver side fender - very large ding from flying rock.

Interior condition:
Very good save for some scuffs in headliner (from first owner).
Tear in driver's seat.
Glovebox valve broke, just needs to be lowered slowly.

Car is mostly stock, never beaten around or tracked.
It does have a GIAC PC-16 run K04 kit. TT maf and upgraded injectors.
Those parts have around 50-60k miles on them max.
Borla cat back (flex pipe replaced recently from Borla, one of the rear hangars has rusted off, exhaust doesn't dangle or rattle in anyway but the tone is a bit louder than a Borla would normally be).
Forge diverter valve
I might also have the original ECU with a GIAC flash lying around (no promises on that one).
HIDs in headlights and fogs from DDM.
Headlight washer hose was leaking and therefore disconnected and tied off.

Maintenance history:
Oil and oil filter at 5k intervals. Mobil1 or Red Line w/Mann filters
Latest timing belt done in July 2012 at the 135k mark. Also replaced coolant flange and intercooler (stock) during that service.
Rear rotors, pads and bearings in June 2012.
Control arms and tie rods June 2010 at 110k mark.
Valve cover gasket was done at the same time as the K04 install.
Recently passed NYS inspection, good until May 2016.
Front CV joints and boots replaced at some point, don't remember exact dates.

Upcoming maintenance/service needs:
Due for an oil change service (may end up doing myself in the near future depending on how soon this sells. In any case, buyer will inherit remaining brand new Mann oil filters.)
ABS module needs to be refurbed.
Center display dimmed out

Misc:
Authentic Audi RS4 center grille (not Home Depot chicken wire).
Currently running on 17in ASA GT10s with Kumho MX summers (two wheels have noticeable rash from being forced into curb by an idiot driver, tires have good amount of tread left).
Comes with a random 16in spare that came with the car when I purchased, never had to use so...
Also have stock Audi 16inch steelies running Dunlop M3 snows. Again, good amount of tread.
Audi sport all weather mats as well as two sets of stock carpet mats.
Phatbox mounted in back.
Dice DUO in glovebox.
I think the AM radio may have been disconnected when I bought it. Never bothered investigating as I never listened to AM.
I'm looking to get rid of the entire package together so as long as the final sale price is close enough to asking, everything mentioned in the misc will come with the sale.
If selling price gets largely altered then things might come off. Most likely the winter set and some mats or something.
I'll also thrown in a VDO boost gauge that I never got around to installing as well as some spare HID bulbs/ballasts.

Asking $5,500 USD. Cash in hand only. Car is in the greater NYC area. If you are far away and want it, cash needs to paid in full up front and shipping/transporting process/cost is on you.
Clear title in hand.
Pictures upon request through email.
Thanks folks.
