So simple question, is the RS4 you are selling certified for US use by DOT and EPA? If not, then anyone looking to buy one for us in the US will be required to do more work. Although I the RS4 may be on the list of nonconforming vehicles eligible according to the NHTSA. If it wasn't as much as a Nissan Skyline R33 (roughly between 36-42k), it could be worth it. But I'm going to say it most likely will be close to that. I hate I eat my words on that though because I forgot all about them until you mentioned that link and I saw this post.

Car still available? Understand in Montreal, any damage history, dents, scratches,
seat issues, & price?

Car is super clean, still available, no dents or scratches. Car was fully maintained for the 60k. No issues mechanically and esthetically. Car drives beautifully and like new without any rattles or issues. No issues electrically either at all. Everything works as it is supposed to. We put on new tires as well. Brakes are in great shape. Car is a real beauty. We need 38,000 usd for the car.
