I'm the 2nd owner, purchased in October 2014; current lien, clean title, no accidents, excellent condition inside and out. Currently has 48,500 miles. Asking price is $43,000.

Car is making around 450bhp / 395lb-ft tq on 93 octane (tuned to 93 octane.) Flashing to race mode on 104+ octane should bring those power figures up to around 475bhp / 405lb-ft tq.

Around $8k spent on mods and upgrades over the past year -- all parts installed and tuned by AWE Tuning. Most of the parts have less than 10k miles on them:

Some stereo wiring and sound dampening was done as well by World Wide Stereo: Dynamat laid throughout trunk (minimal; only where needed to save weight); sub/amp wiring integrated into stock B&O system and hidden below factory amp within trunk panel. The sub and mono-amp I have currently in the car, aren't included in the sale.

Prestige package includes: Audi MMI Navigation Plus package, 11 speaker B&O system, Audi adaptive lights, Audi side assist, Audi advanced key, CD/DVD/HD radio, Audi Connect, HDD navigation w/voice control, Audi parking assist w/rearview camera.
Sports Diff package: Audi Drive Select (4 modes to choose from) which adjust rear diff, ECU, steering and suspension.

You have great taste, I am looking for an S4 and would set it up very much like what you have done. So this caught my eye. I would consider the right S5 instead. I have $40K and can pick it up in Phonenixville next Saturday if you are interested.
