In order to consolidate down from 3 cars to 2, I am selling my 2002 S8.

The last iteration of the D2 S8 features a 360hp 5v 4.2 liter V8, 5 speed tiptronic transmission, and of course Quattro AWD.

I bought this particular S8 from a friend and have owned it since Nov 2012. With 120,000 miles, the car is extremely well maintained with extensive documentation, everything works and it looks fantastic. Has just about every option including heated all leather black Recaro sport seats and solar sunroof. Always garage kept and not a daily driver. 100% stock/unmodified except for the 18" VMR wheels. Stock sized Continental tires have plenty of life left in them. New professionally installed fuel pump, pump housing, and sending unit at 119K miles. Car will be smogged prior to sale. Clean CA title in hand.

Car shows below average wear for the year and mileage, and definitely runs and drives as it should...big road presence for not a lot of money.

Nice, just one question...trans. still original or rebuilt/replaced, you own a D2 so you know why I'm asking.

Yep, a fair question. Trans. is original to the best of my knowledge. Fluid/filter last serviced at 95K. I don't have all the service records going back to day 1, just records from when my buddy bought the car at around 80K miles to the present.

Trans fluid is clean/clear. No shifting weirdness or issues. Car runs very well. It gets driven about twice a week, typically on freeway from SF to South Bay (100 miles round trip). I don't drive it around SF, the roads are rough and parking sucks and I have another car for that (plus Uber).
