Set of S5 wheels for 2014

Looking for a set of wheels/rins for my 2014 S5 for winter tire use.

I've got a virtually new set of 19's with Conti Winter Contacts

I had these on an S7 for maybe two months at most before I sold the car. I don't even think I got the chance to drive in the snow with them. They are essentially new.

What wheels are those?? I do not recognize them. Are they the same fitment as the S5?

I'm not sure the exact model but yes they should fit the S5 just fine, I had them on a 2014 S7 which I believe is the same offset. They were purchased directly from the Audi dealer
