Hello;

I am pursuing a project that requires the fabrication of a bellhousing to be fitted on an '02 3.0L AVK V6. While there is a mind numbing array of gearbox models listed for the A4/A6 variants,, it is my understanding that the 2.7/2.8/3.0 boxes of this general era only differed in spline, but that the bolting interface to the engine was the same.

I am looking for any period V6 gearbox - quite preferably dead internally, and therefore far less expensive - that would bolt to this engine, that I can harvest the "bellhousing" portion of the case from. I care only about the case, not the internals!
