Advice - Oettinger 2-piece on C5 S6

Advice - Oettinger 2-piece on C5 S6
new to the forum and am looking for some solid gold audiworld expertise....
Have scored a set of 2-piece Oettinger RZ 19"x8.5" wheels, ET 35.
Am wondering if I need to space them at all, since the OEM wheel is a 17x9 wheel at ET 35? Or, am I safe simply running as is, mounting them up, even though the width is a 1/4 off, inside and outside? I plan on mounting 255/40 rubber, so width as the sidewall will be close to if mounted on a 9" wide wheel.
