Hello to AudiWorld !
I wanted to take a quick moment to introduce myself as I will be moderating the "Wheels and Tires" Tech forum moving forward. Our friend Gary has accepted another position within Tire Rack outside of the Sales Department, and as a result I have the pleasure of taking up his responsibilities on this forum.
I have been with Tire Rack for just over ten years, and have had the opportunity to moderate similar online forums for other European makes (VW, Audi, BMW andVolvo). Since I am working from the same database of vehicle specs and tire test results as my predecessor, my intent isto continue providing AudiWorld contributors with the same advice and reliable information as we have in the past.
The best way to reach me is via "regular" email (doc@tirerack.com) to be sure. I will make every effort to check in on the forum weekdays, but there will be times that I may miss a PM notification through the forum. I am in the office weekdays from 10am to 6pm (Eastern), so during those hours I can be reached at (800) 428-8355 , extension 4665. Feel free to leave me message and I'll callback the same day.
To be sure, I won't be able to do any more than Gary was able to do in the past; sadly we do not have any forum member discounts or ways to work a deal on pricing or shipping. I won’t have an answer to every request, but the answers I give should be ones you can take to the bank. I look forward to working with you all !
