Default Low Pressure Indicator

I am driving yesterday and the low pressure light comes on.
Even says what tire is low.
So I check it out when I get home and its down to 24psi. Take a look and see a small screw in it. Years ago it would have gone down to 15psi or less before I would have noticed it. Anyways, stopped at the tire shop and they will fix it this PM. He told me they take the tire off the rim and patch it from the inside, another old school way and I believe the best way. Any thought?

Yeah, the TPMS is nice, especially with the big balloon tires on SUVs.. I've never used interior patches, but have had great luck with the cheap outside-in plugs.
