Bada Bing

I did some scratch damage to the polished face of a pair of VW GTI 18" Austin rims I shipped to someone, by not packing them well enough inside the individual boxes. The scratches are from cardboard rubbing on the polished faces during transit.

I don't want to spend a ton of money, but if possible, I'd like to restore them to the original finish by having the polished faces buffed out and clearcoat re-applied. There is no mechanical damage, so I am not looking for a shop to fix bend or curb rash damage, just for a cosmetic fix.
