Is it too early to install winter tires?
Hey Everyone!
I'm new to the forum.
Long story short, I just got 2 flats the other day and I need to replace my tires ASAP. I recently moved to Salt Lake City and have a 2013 A4 with Quattro.
My question is, is it too early to install Winter tires? I'm looking at the Blizzak WS80s. I heard it's good to install them in October, but I can't wait that long. If it's not recommended to install them this early, I will just buy a new set of tires now and buy some winter tires in October.
Thanks!

We recommend installing snows once the temps are in the low 40's on a regular basis. For most of the US, that's around mid to late December. Warmer temps will magnify tread squirm and affect wet traction;
