I am looking for an inexpensive set of wheels for the winter and came across these VW Touareg wheels:

From what I can find, they appear to be 9J x 19, 5x130, ET 60.

I currently drive a 2014 Q7 Prestige S-Line with these 20" wheels:

Other than the obvious diameter difference, the bolt pattern and offset are the same as the Audi wheels, however, I can't find the center bore and lug measurements anywhere. Does any have any experience with Touareg wheels on a Q7? Basically, will these fit?

My plan would be to scrap/sell the TPMS and VW center caps and pick-up some Audi caps, then wrap them in some Nokian Hakkapeliitta 7 SUV winter tires.

Audi and VW both use 71.5mm centerbore for reference. Wheels we sell are normally range from ET45 to ET55, so the VW wheel at ET60 would be worth a test fit but you may need a small spacer.

Thanks. The OEM 20" Audi wheels are also ET60 so assuming the centerbore is the same like you said, they should line right up. The 2014 Q7 had OEM wheel options ranging from 18"-21". The two 19" options were:

4L0601025BB/4L0601025AH: 8.5J x 19, ET62
4L0601025AT/4L0601025AA: 8.5J x 19, ET62

The VW wheels are 9J x 19, ET 60. This calc pretty much confirms they'll work:
