Default Just a thought...

… If I were going to the expense of buying new wheels, I would likely get a design that does not look like an OEM. I am a big fan of Tire Rack, having gotten over a dozen sets of tires and wheels over the past decades. I am a enamored of BBS, either their forged models or the less expensive poured versions. That era Audi looks real good with 18" wheels and it evokes a time where BBS was mostly seen on German cars... Here is a pick of my old 2004 A6 2.7T with OEM 18's. Oddly I couldn't find a shot with the summer wheels and tires… this was its first day of ownership in blowing rain on the mountains of coastal Maine - exactly where Audi's belong. The afternoon before, I had picked the car up from the dealer on Cape Cod where we lived. My wife thought I was nuts waxing well into the early hours of the next morning. I wanted a thick layer of Carnauba in place as I knew were driving 500 miles into downpours. Well, we are still together and she has been bitten by the sports car bug - although its still me doing most of the detailing :-)

I like both options you've selected

Another OEM option could be the RS4 7-spoke:

RS4 7-spoke

That said, be mindful of Reggie's caveat. Our OEM brakes make a lot of dust.
