Audi Q5/Q7: How to Jack Up Your Car

Materials Needed

  • Jack
  • Jack stands

Step 1 – Jack up your car

If you're jacking up the front of your Audi, then your jacking point will be located directly behind the front wheel. If you are jacking up the rear of your Audi, then your jacking point will be located in front of the rear wheel. You can find an arrow that will show you exactly where to place your jack. Slowly, start pumping your jack to raise the car until it's high enough for the jack stand to fit under it.

Step 2 – Secure with jack stands

The jack stands should be located directly next to the jack. Locate the metal piece next to your jack points, towards the inside of the vehicle; you will find two on the front and two on the back, so place the jack stands right on it, then slowly lower the jack. Lower the car until it sits on the jack stands. It is recommended you put two jack stands at a time, on each side.
