This article applies to the Audi Q5 (2009-Present).

The Q5 is a luxurious crossover SUV with a generous list of features. You'll find a variety of trim specifications, from the base model Premium 2.0T to the top-of-the-line Prestige 3.0T. The first version of the Q5 was introduced in 2008. Since that time, the SUV has undergone a number of face lifts and saw a hybrid version introduced to the market in 2011.

Premium

The Premium is the Q5 base model and is available with a 2.0 TFSI engine. As of 2016, key features include xenon headlights with LED daytime running lights, eight-way power front seats, leather seating surfaces, a panoramic sunroof, Audi music interface with iPod integration, ambient LED interior lighting, tire pressure monitoring system, anti-lock brake system, driver information system, and more.

Premium Plus

The Premium Plus has two available engines, the 2.0 TFSI and 3.0 TFSI. Heated front seats, driver seat memory, a keyless start, auto-dimming heated exterior side mirrors with memory, and stainless steel door inlays are some of the features you'll find on the 2.0 version. The 2.0 TFSI has an eight-speed automatic transmission with all-wheel drive. The turbocharged four-cylinder engine has 220 horsepower. A few years ago, a main debate between prospective Q5 buyers was whether to stick with the Premium Plus and forego the Audi key system, which includes keyless start, stop, and entry. This feature is now standard on the Premium Plus.
