Audi Reports July Sale Increase

Audi of America, Inc. reported July sales of 7,973, representing an increase of 11.2 percent when compared to July, 2002 sales of 7,168.

Strong sales of 408 for the all-new A8 L, combined with the success of the A4 Cabriolet and the Audi allroad, contributed to July 2003 being the second best July in Audi's history.

For the year, the Germany luxury carmaker is just slightly behind last year's pace. Audi's year-to-date sales are now 49,062 versus 2002 sales of 49,363.
