Perot Systems Expands Relationship With Volkswagen of America, Inc.; New Five Year Contract Increases Ongoing Services for Automotive Leader

PLANO, Texas, Oct. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Perot Systems Corporation today announced a five-year Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) agreement with Volkswagen of America, Inc.

Perot Systems, under terms of the contract, will maintain responsibility and management of Volkswagen of America’s Contact Center, including the staffing and training of personnel, and will leverage its core business infrastructure and expertise in hiring and human resources management to attract top talent. The majority of the work will take place in Rochester Hills, MI.

The contract represents an additional commitment between Volkswagen of America and Perot Systems, who have had a working relationship for more than 11 years, including oversight and management related to its Contact Center. In addition, the contract adds an additional two years to a previous five-year contract signed in 2002.
