JL Audio stealth box holds 2 8" drivers and mounts underneath the rear package shelf. This was a direct fit on my '97. I understand some trimming of the car is needed to fit one of these on a '99.5+.

It holds 2 8" drivers in a free air arrangement in a custom box underneath the rear package shelf. You can't run any rear speakers with it as it vents through the spots where the rear speakers used to be. I didn't realize this when I ordered it and initially was concerned about the lack of rear fill. Luckily that isn't a problem. It sounds great and rear fill doesn't seem necessary although I never sit in the back seat and don't enter my car in IASCA shows...

The box fits well, but the "ears" where the drivers are mounted intrude a bit further into the trunk space then I had thought they would. Regardless there's still plenty of trunkspace left.

Sound quality is good. Mid bass response is impressive. If you listen to alot of hip-hop this probably isn't the box for you. I can hear it trying to hit the really low notes and it just can't.

Overall I'm very pleased with it and would purchase it again.
