I never felt compelled to write a review before trying this product. I've been fighting the out-gas film on my 8 month old Audi. I tried Windex - once. It didn't really do the trick, and I was busy worrying about getting the chemicals on my dash and leather. I tried the P21s towels that come in their little individual packets with a wet towel and a drying towel. They worked okay (still a little smeary - when the glass is too warm the solution evaporates too quickly), but cost about $1 a shot. I ran across the Viper Glass Cleaning Cloth while I was ordering some other supplies and decided to give it a shot. It says you can use it with water or a typical glass cleaner.

I tried it by just dampening part of the cloth with water and went to work on my foggy windshield. Of course the manufacturer recommends a buying second towel for drying, but I found I could wipe it down with the dry end. Couldn't be easier. Clean, clear, streak free glass with no sprays or funky odors. I've already moved it into the house to clean some glass cabinet doors that were also very filmy. Bye-bye Windex....
