This product is very neat in more ways than one.  Your ECU is reprogrammed directly through the OBD port.  No need to even open the hood. You have several options for programming features you can do at home, from simple toggling between the OEM program and the performance program (which is what I got), to the ability to custom program the performance yourself. Since this is done through the OBD port, no one can tell anything has been done.  Switching back to the OEM program when going back to the dealer will leave the dealer totally in the dark.  This is undetectable.

For the good part.  It took me all of about six seconds and two shifts to feel the difference.  Much better response in performance mode, with easier, smoother launching.  The 1-2 and 2-3 shifts were also much smoother. Not so much rev loss when shifting.  Acceleration was very much improved, and smo-o-o-o-o-th. I had a three drive home after the re-load, and had no problems.  I am extremely satisfied, and since this re-load is totally undetectable, I do
not have to worry about explaining anything to the dealer (as long as I remember to switch back to the stock program before dropping off the TT. I also had the Forge cat back exhaust installed at the same time.  Also very worth while (see separate review). My seat of the pants impression is about 270 HP, and about the same for torque.  A very substantial and smooth improvement.  Well worth the money.
