Hi my ecu has failed on my a4 18th b6 audi it is a 2001 my mate is breaking his audi a 2003 code I use his ecu on my car asking question before I try as do not want to wast my time if will not work ?

Its hard to know if it would work, looking on Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market there are alot of variables. Also if your car has immobilizer 3 than you need the instrument cluster from the exact car the ECU came from to make it work.
