Connecting rods
 

So I'm pretty much planning to do a big turbo setup with around 350bhp. Since this will be a dd I plan to run boost around 15lbs or so but I still want to be able to push it to 22lbs without damaging my engine. So I'm getting my head rebuilt this summer cuz it warped (****ty AMB motor) so any advice on rods, plugs, internals, ect? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

If you dont feel like doing research just buy the most expensive option of everything and you should be good.
