Default blow by???

Hi everyone, i own a 2002 audi tt quattro 1.8 t. 115k miles.
i am completely frustrated with a problem i am yet to resolve….
please, can anyone help before i have a melt down??!
here is the problem, i bought this car and it was in need of allot of love and care, this is what i have done..
new t-stat
new timing belt
new water pump
new tensioner
sealed oil pan r and r valve cover gasket
new crank seal (DONE TWICE BECAUSE I THOUGHT MAYBE I CUT IT DURING INSTALL)…Which i didn't.
new struts (hi perf)
new rotors
new pads
new calipers
all new pcv system…including suction jet pump pcv all hoses etc. etc.
AFTER all the above work i still have a crank seal pissing oil out on high rpm.
i have performed a compression test with a result of 170-175psi in all four cylinders ….
there was no score mark on crank shaft.
no oil in exhaust/smoke etc…
when i run engine with oil cap off and place paper over the filler hole the paper does not suck down onto valve cover, it vibrates,or pulses….
is this normal operation?? anyone out there have one they could check??
I'm thinking blow by, but how with no smoke and 170 psi…
i am thinking that i have too much crankcase pressure perhaps?
will a pcv delete kit solve this problem??
any help from someone with a decent knowledge would be greatly appreciated !!
