Finally got a check engine light, code is for coolant temp sensor low voltage, now I've heard there are 2 on the web 1.8, one behind the head and where's the other one? Anybody know

Uh no there is one to report coolant temp to the ecu and gauge. Its in the plastic coolant flange on the back of the head. 4 pin blue or possibly green sensor.
There is a sensor in the radiator but that is just the fan switch.
