To much boost

Hey guys I have a 98 Audi A4 Quattro that a bought from a guy where I leave aka Washington state and he put a new ko3 turbo in it which was making 15 psi and after about a week and a few days of driving it the boost lowered to about 5-8 psi.. and I found a vacuum Leak and it fixed the boost problem but now after a few days it boost up to about 25 psi and it's fun as hell but I don't want to burn the turbo up and blow on me.. so idk if that's a good thing or I have to take the turbo off and adjust it? What you guys think I should do?

I would post this in the correct A4 group. Not many people follow this group. But I will say this. It won't "blow up" your turbo. However if it's not getting enough fuel it will "blow up" your motor. I sounds like you might have "repaired" something improperly and the turbo is no longer getting a boost reference to open the waste gate.

I haven't touched anything of the motor or turbo all I fixed was the vacuum like and put a new Forge Hybrid Diverter valve
