You really need the tool..it is almost impossible to set the cam timing without the tool. See if Amazon will ship to Brazil..the tools you need are very cheap. See the link:

Hey, bad news, i simulated the amount that would go to send the tool for me , here in Brazil , believe it or not , one $ 8 tool, would come to me for more than $ 50 , with a beautiful crisis we are taking in Brazil , $ 1 equals more than 4 real here , out of which over $ 50 things are taxed here at 60 % off the wonderful government created another import tax, now beyond 60 % , we have the new 25 % , that is, would 85 % tax , would come to more than R $ 300 , a simple $ 8 tool. Impossible, prohibitive. I'll have to work it out without the tool. I have two options in mind : Ask a friend to make it for me , or ask a favor to my stepfather, who is a mechanic , only not like to ask for favors , but I'll probably have to ask ... (Yes, google translate, sorry)

( Off topic ) I plan to install a turbine in my car , single turbo, put the turbine on the passenger side , which is originally the air filter box it, someone here in the forum already installed a turbine in a 12v ? If yes, you had good results ?

Dont know about the turbo on a 12v...somewhere there is a write up about a supercharger.
If you have a buddy here in the USA..get them to buy the tool and ship it to you USPS. Declared value (a gift) of under $50 (don't know how the tax deal on gifts from the USA in Brazil works) shipping would cost about $50.
