15ft lb Im quite sure. Start with the two end caps in alternating sequence and tighten by hand. Bring down the center two in the same fashion. Tighten to 15ft lb same way.

There should be something like 14 bolts that hold the upper pan. 5 in the back alone near the bell housing where through pan meets the block. It usually takes a little prying to lift it off of the guide pins. Be careful and all those bolts tighten to 7ft lb.

i think i got them all out and then some. pulled the starter and alt off as mine was leaking something fierce and found some metal shavings in the pickup screen. so now its on to pulling the whole pan and seeing if my rod bearings are toast, but this damn thing is fighting me the whole way. guess after a day or two off ill crawl under it again and see if i got them all. thanks again bryan for your help. between you and crazy russian and a few other guys ill have all the help i need. have been scouring the web for pics of it and cant seem to find any and would hate to buy the cd just for this thing but i may resort to buying it anyway if i have to remove the crank and all.
