Conversion From AAH engine to ABC
Hello Member,
I am pretty new on this site and driven by the desire to draw more knowledge from you guys.
I writing from Nigeria in West Africa. I bought an A80 2.8 with AAH system only to discover that the engine has been changed to ABC. The engine has been having idle problems especially when cold, and also loss of power.I did blink code thing and the result point out to the Idle Stabilizer, on further investigation I discovered the ABC engine has the 4 pin Stepper IAC and not connected while the the vehicle system has the 2 pin IAC connector hanging free. My question now is how do I rectify this. The ECU is the Hitachi make.
