Hey guys

So i have had my 12v for about 7 years now. I've never changed or done anything with the engine yet. Even the air filter is still the same.

The engine has around 190k on it now. As i can understand, there is a lot to gain by just getting so close to OEM condition as possible.

Which things should i check, and what should i definately do by now? I don't experience anything odd. Idle is fine, and i get around 21MPG with mostly freeway driving (85mph).

Vacuum hoses, spark plugs, filters? Anything else?

spark plug wires
Coolant flush (G12 coolant)
Oil Change
T-belt
i would also consider changing the transmission and rear diff fluids

I totaly forgot, i actually had my timing belt + water pump changed 10k miles ago. But other than that, i haven't done anything.

Any particular spark plugs recommended?

NGK!!!!!!!!!
i would recommend running seafoam thru the fuel, engine oil and intake ;-) and do it outside and warn the neighbors so that they dont call a fire department on you
