Need torque specs 1996 A4 12v

Need torque specs for my v6 12v cylinder head I have hear about 44Fpt + 90% + 90% is that correct

Be best to have it just barley off of #3 TDC, which is what Audi uses to setup cam timing. That way no chance of valve to piston contact is non of the pistons are fully up.
