O2 codes
I had to cut the cats out (rattling) and replaced with straight pipes.
Have the following codes;
Tuesday,18,September,2012,19:28:23:36008

3 Faults Found:
16816 - Main Catalyst; Bank 2
P0432 - 93-00 - Efficiency Below Threshold
16806 - Main Catalyst; Bank 1
P0422 - 93-00 - Efficiency Below Threshold
16525 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S2; Heating Circuit
P0141 - 92-00 - Malfunction
Main cat: on our 1.8T (after cat delete/downpipe and tunes), we used de-faulers to get rid of the codes. Same principle for the 12V 2.8?
B1 S2 heating circuit - Malfunction.
Bank 1 is passenger, correct?
S2 is downstream, correct?
I have several bench tested sensors (propane torch gives 0.9V signal, dropps to under 0.1V when removed; heater circuit 9.5 Ohm).
Is 'heater circuit malfunction' detectable by checking the resistance across the heater wires of the sensor?
Have currently same code on AEB engine (1.8T), B1S1
