timing and crankshaft position

Default timing and crankshaft position

1993 100cs the crankshaft is pinned at tdc with the holding tool,the vibration damper is regisrering on the tdc mark however the piston on #i cylinder is 2 inches from tdc and the engine has no compression?there is no mechanical noises during engine rotation, the cam holding tool fits perfictly on both cams,any suggestions?

Are any cylinders at TDC?
IIRC Cylinder #1 is PS closest to the firewall and marked differently on the coils

These engines are strange, The 2.8, 2.7T, 3.0 all set timing on #3 TDC.
