I have an Audi A4 2009. Recently I have been seeing oil stains in the parking lot when 1 park.

I took it to my local mechanic and he did carbon deposit cleaning and recommended a new PCV valve.

So, I replcaced the old PCV valve with the new one, But now the Engine light came on and throws 2 codes P0171(System Too Lean Bank 1) & P2279 (Intake Air System Leak). I have been noticing some loss in power when I accelerate. Can some one help please.

Sounds like you’ve got a intake leak. With the engine running listen and see if you can find a hissing sound. You doing the pcv and the mechanic removing the intake manifold could have started this.

I have just got the P2279 code and it;s behaving like it;s got an air leak somewhere, although I can't hear it.
